Two Dogs Whine is a charming, family-operated micro-winery nestled at 7981 Kings Highway in King George, Virginia. Founded by John and Julie Edgar in June 2024, this boutique winery sources high-quality grapes and juices from around the globe—Chile, Italy, the U.S.—and blends them on-site using small-batch fermentations, attentive barrel aging, and hands-on techniques.
Their diverse portfolio includes classic varietals like Chardonnay, Riesling, Malbec, Sangiovese, and unique offerings such as Pink Moscato, Blueberry Wine, Blackberry Wine, and a playful Hard Pink Lemonade. Named affectionately after their two Husky mix pups Max and Diesel—“Whine” playfully nodding to the dogs’ vocal personalities—the winery blends warmth and personality into every bottle. With weekend tasting hours (Friday afternoons and Saturday early evenings) and a focus on community connection, Two Dogs Whine invites visitors to savor handcrafted wines and hear the story behind each pour.
