This week, Northern Neck Networking is proud to spotlight Kelly Woods Vaughn, co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of B & K Hotels, the parent company of the Riverview Inn located in the heart of Colonial Beach, Virginia.

In 2017, Kelly helped lead the revitalization of the Riverview Inn, bringing new life to Hawthorne Street and contributing to the continued growth of the local small business community. The historic inn has since become a welcoming destination for visitors exploring Colonial Beach and the surrounding Northern Neck, offering comfortable accommodations and beautiful views of the Potomac River.

Kelly brings a strong and diverse professional background to her role. Over the course of her career, she has worked with local, state, and federal government agencies as well as organizations in the healthcare, construction, and nonprofit sectors. Her experience in corporate operations, marketing, contracting, and business management has played a key role in the successful operation and continued growth of the Riverview Inn.

Beyond her business leadership, Kelly is deeply committed to supporting the local community and fellow entrepreneurs. She serves on the Colonial Beach Tourism Board, is active in initiatives supporting Downtown Colonial Beach, and is the founder of the Colonial Beach Women's Business Network, which connects and supports women business owners and professionals throughout the region.

Kelly’s dedication to business development, community engagement, and collaboration makes her a valued member of the Northern Neck business community.
